The project is about training women especially in the Rural Background. Firstly we decided to do something for rural background unemployed women which is why the thought of implementing the project came to my mind for the creative minds.

Totally 122 women from Kodekal Yadgir district of karnataka state were selected for the course. The course was designed for one and half months which included painting (Glass Painting, Nib Painting, Charcoal Painting, Clothe Painting) Basket waeving, Sari  Designing , Sinditaki  , Batti Enike, Wall Plate, and how to prepare Papads and Pickles. Selling the product to the market was also taught to them.

Women in the village have started earning on their own. Rs 500-600/- is their weekly income; and have also become self dependent. I feel proud after implementing the project.
