LEAD Valedictory 2015 at Chikodi

LEAD Program for the year 2014 -15 concluded with Valedictory Function on 27th March 2015.Guests of Honor of the valedictory function were Mr. Basavaraj Patil, Member, Board Of Management KLE Society, Belgaum ; Mr. G.S. Girigoudra, MD, Doodhganga Krishna Sahakari Sakkare Karkhane Ltd, Chikodi; Dr. S. V. Itti, Principal, KLECET, Chikodi; Mr. Ajay Suman Shukla, Team Leader, LEAD, Deshpande Foundation.
LEAD Program in the academic year of 2014-15 had got 800 members who have completed 316 LEADership projects and touched lives of 6 lakh in the taluk of Chikodi and Raibag of Belgaum. Thus Valedictory function was celebrated on 27th March at Chikodi to commemorate the hard work, innovation and achievement of young leaders in this particular year.
Agenda of the ceremony was inauguration of 50 innovative Leadership projects/Models exhibition, Leadership story sharing, Awards and appreciation to the best students and faculties of the year.
During the ceremony cheif guests spoke and inspired the students to dream big. The speech motivated the students to work on their dream and achieve greater heights.Ajay Suman Shukla said "You take one step forward and LEAD will take two steps forward just as when one leg moves forward , it supports the other one n helps it moving two steps forward" He assured students that LEAD will support them in their endeavors.
"Every problem has a solution, its just the matter of looking carefully and finding the solutions" advised G. S. Girigoudar .
DR S.V. Ittia told students"Leader is one who has ethical values and works towards developing it and using it for betterment of the society" He added that even one leader alone can make a difference."
