Voter turnout in Chikodi had reached a devastating level of below 60%.  After getting permission from TMC, the police, and other officials, Abasarahemed and his team of LEADers and non-LEADers organized a rally to promote Election Awareness.

One of the challenges of this project was convincing the government officials that Abasarahemed and his team did not belong to any particular political party, and that their only objective was to encourage the public to vote.  By overcoming this challenge, though, Abasarahemed improvied his problem solving, team management, communication, and persuasion skills.

Overall, the rally was a success.  Abasarahemed and his team received recognition and appreciation from the public and government officials.
