600+ people of Ramenhalli have got the Medical Card

The right for medical care is one of the human rights and should be granted for all people no matter of their social class. Harish a LEader from SJM Arts, Science and Commerce College in Chitradurga, he took an initiative to provide residents of his village with the health insurance card. 


Rashtriya Swasthya BimaYojana is a Governmental health insurance plan for the poor Indian people. This card will provide families with the right for low-cost health care.With the help of district labour officer the card was implemented. The purpose of this project is to serve the residents of Ramenhalli village with medical assistance. More than 600 people have benefited by the card. Introduction of the card granted access to medical care for more people and this in turn has an impact on the well being of the society.
