Seeing her passion and necessity she was invited by the Commissioner and administration to implement ID cards to 100 more auto drivers during the traffic awareness. She now has an open invitation to implement the project to all 12,000 auto drivers of Hubli-Dharwad.

Asma Shaikh had a passion to teach children who were not able to attend school. She transformed her own house into a community learning centre and teaches students innovatively. The fact that she is from an arts background and pursuing her MA externally did not create any hindrance in her project.
